Okay, I'm starting mission 7 for the Columbia now so that they can actually do something.
Mission Synopsis:
The USS Columbia is sent to the planet Nayos IV to investigate a situation growing between the Klingon and Dayan colonists there. When they arrive the crew must try to stop the fight but eventually get involved in the fight themselves and must escape. A transporter dampening field in both colonists camps must be destroyed to escape, which means a lot of fighting, okay?

Crewman Acala's Log
The Columbia is en route to Nayos IV where we will be investigating a strange incident. It should be an interesting mission, as security will have much to do.
Acala was in his quarters, when it was time to go to duty on the bridge.
<Bridge, 4 minutes later>
Acala: Reporting for duty captain.
Carlos: Take your station.
Skywalker: Crewman, can you give me a hand over here, with these sensors?
Acala: Yes sir.
OFF:
And so ends the short story of being ordered around.

Carlos: "On screan!"
Skywalker:"Hes already on screan. Im smart enough to do that before you telling me to!"
Klingon:"Federation? Get outta here! THis is none of your buissness, patoks!"
Skywalker:"I think they have been lost for 3 centuries, dont you?"
Carlos:"Heheheheh! Im afraid we cant do that! We've been sent to help you!"
Klingon:"Our planet may be allied with the federation, but we are not! Gather the ships! We are attacking the federation vessal!"
Skywalker:"Great! Dont you just love it when this happens?"
Trekker walks in quietly disturbed at what he saw.

Acala is on the bridge just as Trekker has walked on.
Acala: Sir, the Klingons are about to attack, shall we prepare security teams?
Trekker: Why?
Acala: Because then we can board them and convince them to end this fight.
Trekker: Okay.
With that, Acala heads to the armory to get weapons with other security personnel. Just as he arrives, the ship is hit by a disruptor blast. The ship shakes vigorously, and Acala is thrown to the deck.
Acala: Whoa!
Trekker leads the team to the transporter on deck 1, and standby.
OFF:
Okay, Skywalker/Carlos, if you want to join me over there feel free, just write it into the plot somewhere that there is a hole in the shields.

The crew in panic, the ship was under attack. Most were ready for this, they had gone through lots of Starfleet training for this, and this was a combat vessel, only the most suitable crew were here.
Skywalker: Klingons are closing fast sir!
Carlos: Return fire! Target their weapons!
A disruptor blast hit the ship, it shook hard, several consoles exploded, sending crewmen flying across the rooms throughout the ship.
<Transporter Room>
Trekker: +tap+ Trekker to bridge! Whats going on?!
Carlos: +We havent been able to do much to their shields yet. As soon as we have we'll beam you over.+
Acala: I cant stand it just standing here.
Trekker: Crewman, thats what our job is, to wait. At the moment anyway.
Acala: What exactly are we waiting for?
Trekker: We're waiting for them to get the enemy ship's shields down. You should know that!
OFF:
Acala: I thought we were waiting for someone else to post here! HURRY UP CARLOS! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO POST SOMETHING YOU KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF NOT, IT MEANS A DEMOTION!!!!

ok, Skywalker, work on a way to disable their shields
meanwhile I will enhance our weapons and the shields
*captains log: stardate: unknown: the progress of upgrading weapons is going slowly, it should take 1 week (forum time) to make upgrades and to disable the enemies shields, updates will be added every day, meanwhile the medical crew are not needed right now, they have been given permission to go onto the holodeck, I recommended to them to do some medical practicing that may be needed next mission (might be a clue to nex missions plot)*

Carlos:"You suppose?"
Skywalker:"Its imposisble to dissable their shields from here!
They have some sort of tech that I have never seen on a Klingon vessal, no..not on any starship! When I try to dissable the shields, it..it just blocks the entire thing! I dont know what I can do! Something is controling that ship, and I'm not talking about the klingons!"
Skywalker:"Ill need to get some help, the Klingons have dissabled our comm systems, Ill get a shutle pod and get over there."
Carlos:"There where?"
Skywalker:"I dunno, Ill just find the nearest ship!"
Carlos:"Uh huh..thats not gunna be easy, but fine! Your choice."
As Skyawlker was leaving the Columbia in a shuttle pod, when he realized he diddnt know exactly how to work it, but it was to late, he had already gone, and he diddn't want people to think he diddn't know how to do it, so..
Skywalker:"Its been nearly 3 days! I dont know where Im going! I bet Carlos is having a party and saying he is so happy"
<<Columbia>>
Carlos:"I am so happy! This party is great!"
<<BACK>>
Skywalker:"Hmm..the nearest ship will take to long to get to on impulse. Oooo..what does THIS button do?"
The ship rocketed forward, and soon was somewhere near..

Skywalker was very puzzled, yet very unhappy. He knew that the Serenity was on their way, and his arch-enemy, Scooter, would be there.

Comm officer person:"Sir, we are being hailed!"
Simmo:"On screen!"
Skywalker:"Um..helo!"
Simmo:"Skywalker??"
Skywalker:"UH..yeah. I pressed this preatyfull button, and we went zoom..and..*Passes out*
Simmo:"Alright..that was wierd."

captain: lock everything on the alien ship and fire
*meanwhile the resulting explosion sends a temporal shockwave through the columbia and brings Dobberman back to life*
